    Defensive team vs All-Star Team(s)...

Obviously, since there are duplicate players on the teams, I am just asking which team would be hardest to beat.

    NBA Defensive Team 07'-08' (1st & 2nd)

    CP3/Bell
    Kobe/Bowen
    KG/Battier
    Duncan/Prince
    Dwight/Camby

Great starting lineup, mixed in some 2nd teamers (CP3 and Dwight) with the 1st team. The starters basically consist of the best players in the NBA in 4 positions, with KG being probably Lebron's equal in terms of overall game (offense/defense) at the SF. He would cause so much havoc in the SF position.

    Western Conference All-Stars 08'-09:

    CP3/Parker/Billups
    Kobe/Roy
    Amare/Dirk
    Duncan/Pau/West
    Yao/Shaq

Great overall talent. The only weakness would be in the SF position where no one is really a SF. Dirk would create spacing, but Amare/West would not. This team would have VERY limited 3 point shooting if Dirk isn't on the court.

    Eastern Conference All-Stars 08'-09':

    AI/Harris/Williams
    Wade/Johnson/Allen
    Lebron/Pierce
    KG/Lewis
    Dwight/?????

No true point guard, but Wade and Lebron would be hellish help-defenders on the same team. KG and Dwight in the front court and probably the ONLY post presence this team will have. Slightly better 3 point shooting than the Western All-Star team with Allen, Pierce, and Lewis.

I think the All-Defense team would probably be the hardest to beat. Most well balanced team, best starting 5 by FAR, and none of them are defensive liabilities. A team with two of the starters and the defensive presence of the bench would be a hard team to be in itself.

The All-Stars would prevail because some of the defensive specialists just can't score to save their lives (Wallace, Bowen, Battier, Chander, Pryzbilla, Dalambert, Bell, Camby, Brewer, etc.)

the all-stars would definitely win, as long as they don't play as half-assedly as they do during the asg.

Depth at bench would hurt the defensive teams case but I gotta say there starting 5 is the best line up.
