I agree. Hal seems determined to stay below the 210M, with only about 6M wiggle room something has to give.

1. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. (Particularly when identities are hidden and can change in an instant)

The only element that could drastically change the current structure is, if they somehow manage to get a hard cap introduced in the next negotiated CBA. I don't see it happening.
