I would prefer a CF that has room to grow with the core. JBJ won’t be better, and could be worse.
If we land bauer and springer doesn’t want to cum then I’d feel ok with a trade for a younger CF.

But with a top pick this year, it could not be an ongoing challenge.

And by closer I mean a player that I would feel confident in taking or creating that last shot down 1 point with 10 seconds. ...

I don’t think some catchers and mid level specs would get Castillo, and I do not want them trading any top specs outside of groshans personally.

It’s a young team, but not very good overall. Ideally these FA signings can propel us into that good range.
