I’m not as impressed with triple doubles as much as I am overall body of work. If triple doubles were the gold standard, Westbrook would be one of the best ever. Rose I think only had one triple...
I’m also not sold that ball is much better, if any, than sato. If he is, it’s marginal. Ball is basically hyped up because of his draft status and name. Since being in the league, he’s proven to be...
There’s no way Im trading a future first for Lonzo and then having to re-sign him. Hard pass
Yeah I agree with all of this, unfortunately. He was in the post against a smaller defender the other day, and he weakly “backed him in” for a second, and then settled for a weak shot that missed. No...
This honestly makes the most sense but they’re giving Coby every opportunity to claim that PG role. At the end of the day, I think he’ll get better there, but his best role is instant offense, IMO....
That’s awesome.
WNBA is still around?
Quinn just is a bad fit for the scheme. That’s shouldn’t be underestimated, IMO. He was a gigantic downgrade from Floyd.
Also not having Goldman hurt. Plus the pagano suck factor.
At absolute most. Likely less than that with the 2nd half defensive showing.
The only way they win 7-8 with Foles is if the defense returns to form under Desai. Otherwise, that's basically a pipe dream.
Man, if McVay couldn't make it work with Goff and that defense, Nagy would have no chance. I'd pass on Goff. Either go the stop gap route (Ryan/Carr) or go all in for Watson or just tank with Foles....
I think AK wanted to wait and see if Lauri could be polished and maybe become a legitimate piece to a title contender. Although, who knows....maybe his value is/was not very good
Also that one play from last game where he contorted his body and air balled it right under the rim basically sums up his physicality, aggression, and finishing ability.
Yeah, exactly. Watching Lauri throughout the years he’s never been mr. Energy. He always just seems semi present out there and seems to have an issue being the moment and playing with a controlled...
Yeah man the Lonzo love around here is ****ing crazy.
At the end of the day, he’s woefully inefficient for a PG.
Look at his career numbers:
FG: 39%
3P: 33%
eFG: 47%
Ft: 49%
Per: 12
Ts: 48%
Rodgers doesn’t want to leave. He’s not going anywhere unless the pack are ready to rebuild which would be dumb at this point, IMO
I didn’t know Lonzo was a FA next season. My interest was minimal before I knew that and now it’s an easy pass
Yeah, I think I'm done with Lauri and I don't want to pay him any sort of significant extension. His defense and awareness is terrible. He must have been out of position 3 or 4 times for lobs...
Yeah, the injury bug with WCJ is not good. Drives his trade value down too.
I think that mainly speaks to the inconsistency of our young guys, minus Zach. Lauri is inconsistent and he still plays super soft for a 7 footer.
Coby is obviously trying to learn the PG...
Right? Not a good trade at all
Right now he is, but if the bulls find a more natural PG, he’d be a great fit off the bench in the future
Bulls don’t value the ball
