Makes sense to interview Graham. He did a solid job as DC with the talent he had and the inept offense always putting the D in a no win spot.
I wouldn’t cry if he left but wouldn’t be surprised if he stayed on as DC either. He’s well respected.
My guess is he’s not gonna get the HC job and will likely move on to another team in some capacity.

I am not a Flores guy but that is just me . I know what has been said in the news media as to why he was let go but what if the same thing happens after one season with Schoen . Of course in an interview he will say all the right things but when when you start the season 1-7 and then win your next 7 games and have a chance for the playoffs and then get fired , there is something that we do not know and probably never will.
The media in Florida did say that he did have a communication problem with some of his players .
I have previously posted that in the present state of the Giants I thought that someone with HC experience might be a better fit than an assistant . If it were to be one my choice has always been Harbaugh , ( most likely will not happen) , but I prefer Quinn or Pederson over Flores.
I am coming around to possibly an assistant and my choice is the obvious one Daboll. The players seem to love him, but we need to make sure that we have an excellent DC , Graham if he stays or Fangio and a top OL Assistant , someone with NFL experience not a college coach.
Very odd you don't want Flores but you would want Quinn whose team blew a 28-3 lead in a superbowl in under a half and then he was fired after starting a season 0-5.Quote:

Regarding the HC, I’m not really too worked up over the person. Finally.. finally… we seem to have a legitimate GM who will be allowed to work his process and find the right people to build with.
I’m good no matter what. Just start building and developing with a good plan.

The Steelers put in a request to interview Giants DC Patrick Graham for the same position in Pittsburgh, per source.
They're seeking a replacement for Keith Butler, who retired Saturday, and Graham is well-regarded.
