I also blame the PC pu**ies in the comissioner's office for not letting Bauer pitch. Innocent until proven guilty.

Either way Dodgers would find a way out to avoid all the drama. Besides Bauer is a ****ing IDIOT. Even if she consented to being choked, punch, slapped etc etc if she were to die or get seriously hurt, you would still get charged with manslaughter or aggravated assault. Bauer should have done what his idol Trump does and gotten NDA's for all the hoes he bangs.
At this point, I’m pretty resigned to having to play a one game playoff…Interesting note, if the Dodgers abs Giants tie for the division, they’d have to play a game 163…then the loser would have to play a one game wild card…by the time they get the division round, that team would’ve had to already use their top two pitchers.

Lol I don't think you know what a dead arm is if you think those guys have a dead arm. Less than 2 weeks ago (two starts ago) Urias threw 7 shut out innings, giving up 3 hits, 1 walk and had 7 strike outs. How exactly is that not impressive? Beuhler hasn't looked as sharp lately but that's a far cry from having a dead arm. It definitely could be a good idea to rest them a little as we ramp up for the playoffs, but I wouldnt say they have dead arms based on what we've seen lately, especially Urias
Rather lose than have that guy pitch for us again. Whether he is found guilty or not, he has admitted to doing exactly hat she claims he did...at best, he's too dumb to realize that what he did is not okay at worst, he's a psychopath. We don't need that kind of guy on our team and notice how no has stood up for him on the team? That says a lot.
Great way for the boys to battle back to get this win.
Urias has lost 2-3 MPH of his fastball past 2-3 starts. Buehler can't get it past guys. He isn't getting any swings and misses recently. Buehler got lid up 2/3 past starts. Yes. losing MPH on your fastball without any injury is a sign of a tired arm. But you always like to take the opposite view of what I say.
That's just because you go way overboard on your positions. Urias was dominant two starts ago and it's 2 of the last 4 starts for Beuhler that he had a tough time, not 2 of the last 3, his starts against the padres and reds were pretty good, just didnt get great run support and wasn't his usual dominant self. Like I said, it might not be a bad idea to rest them a little but there's no need to overreact, as I mentioned, Urias was lights out two starts ago and hasn't been bad at all in the other two starts.
Thanks Padres :D
The rockies have been playing solid baseball and the d-backs have been horrible. Punchers chance we come out of the weekend 1 game up on first. A lot of posters on here have already thrown in the towel on the division, but guaranteed that the giants are very anxious because despite how amazing they've been they're on the verge of losing the division. All it takes is one slip up and it's gone. A lot of posters keep complaining about how the giants keep winning and that makes sense because we're chasing them down...on the other end though, the giants 1000% feel the pressure because we're on their heels and regardless of how great they play, they can't shake us. If at the start of the season you tell any team in the league that they'd be 1 game out of the division lead with one week to go, they'd take that and like their chances to close the gap. We of course have to keep the pressure on, but it's still very far from decided at this point.
Nice win. Gonsolin was solid
let's go...
Amazing finish to the season! There is a potential nice upside to this chase as well - I can't think of anything more soul crushing for the Giants and their fans than to have led the division nearly the entire season, only to lose it in the last week, and be relegated to a wild card "play-in". Of course the Dodgers could also chase all year and come up short, but as you've said, I think most Dodger fans have been prepared for a 2nd place route through the playoffs already, and a couple weeks back that was an almost certainty.
My big question is this, assuming the team can navigate its way into a 5 game series; What does our roster look like? With a relatively healthy group going in, do we really need to carry Bellinger on that roster and have that hole in our lineup every day?
