I can't believe how much we got hosed. Even Rodriguez... We couldn't beat that? Just sad. Hell, PCA for Rodriguez straight up is better than 2 months of Baez who wants to sign here after the season anyway. Rodriguez signed for 2 more ****ing seasons. What's wrong with us?

I'm fine with the deal the Mets made today. Not thrilled, not suicidal, just fine.
The biggest acquisition the Mets could make for the second half would be the healthy return of their own key players and for the players they expect to perform this year to perform as expected.
