Yep, we won't get it done if we don't play with urgency, but I think that would still be the case even if we had all the chemistry in the world and guys had never gotten hurt. I think when everyone was healthy everything was too easy and so guys let up and we didnt really change our attitude when everyone went down. I think now is the time to step up. LBJ is the leader so I think guys will follow his lead and he knows what it takes so I fully expect him to lead in this situation.Quote:

I think deep inside, Lakers have a problem that is hidden deep. Not all players are on the same page and some hold a grudge. For instance, when they got Drummond, Marc Gasol's time got cut drastically and he is not happy. That type of resentment will affect the team chemistry and its showing up in subtle ways.Quote:
