A "my bad" would have saved you a couple of posts of reverses.

Bad guys will always find a way to get guns - especially with the amount of firearms already in distribution right now. Creating a blackmarket is the worst thing you can do for gun safety.

I don't think im wrong though in my assessment of our military. They are not only trained to spare innocent human life but only fire when fired upon.

Increasing the cost of black market guns will make sure there are less available.

I never said military should patrol our streets. I said IF they did, there would be less gun murders. Just like if they patrolled our schools or other no gun zones, there would be less mass shootings.

Drugs are easier to make, ship, hide, etc. than a gun.

I’m wondering why we don’t see any fully automatic machine guns in these mass shootings? They are basically illegal to own without very stringent permits and there’s not many in circulation, yet somehow there isn’t a teeming black market for them, nor are they used in very many crimes.

Because i wanted to prove my point that ex-military are best suited to protect our children in schools from mass shootings.
