This is the first year in a while where I don't have a good pulse for what the Steelers are going to do. Usually Tombert are pretty obvious in their pick. But they've met with OL, RB, DB, heck even Justin Fields has made comments on how much time Tomlin took with him.

Latest Cowboys rumor says they are enamored with 1 player, and it’s not Pitts. They guy they cover is Sewell. If 5 QB’s go in the top 10 and Chase and Pitts, there isa chance that Sewell falls to 10. If that happens they will take Sewell. If Sewell is gone then it will be Surtain or Horn.

The link to this article also has a very interesting 7 round mock draft for the Cowboys that has them taking DeVonte Smith at 10.
Also the Cowboys have been scouting and interviewing local QB prospects. MM is known for taking project QB’s in the later rounds. They did it last year with Nooch the Chooch. So wouldn’t be surprised if a guy like Sam Ellinger is drafted with one of the final picks.

Well my pick is in I just can’t get away from Parsons . People say what a shame J Smith will never be the same player he was at ND ... well here’s take 2 . You don’t get 2 chances to draft players like this at pick 10 or later . With Smith Injuries made it possible and with Parsons it’s that so many teams need QB plus unless I’m mistaken he opted out . Lord knows what he would shown . You can’t pass on Parsons if he’s there at 10 . You just can’t . Defense sucks and he’s the best defensive prospect in the draft . It’s a simple choice . You have 2 thirds and 2 fourths don’t tell me there’s not gonna be a couple CB there will end up being good football players . Plus you try to sign Richard Sherman.
Bottom line is if I’m Jerry I want to know what player can help our run defense the most at 10 . And if he’s there Parsons is not only the answer to that question but BPA as well .
