Here’s some early evidence of the new Trump kool-aid test.

The following Trump acolytes have already charged voter fraud in Republican primaries which they lost, some losees coming by enormous margins (and none by close margins). Most are demanding costly recounts:

If Republicans lose, they claim voter fraud. If they win, they investigate voter fraud in an election they won. It's a win-win scenario.

Seriously, what is the lawsuit going to be for? And why would the families of living adults be the one bringing it and getting any kind of payout from it?

The lawsuit will be because this man impregnated their family member in a prison where men weren't supposed to be housed. If it would have been a co-ed prison, it might be more understandable. A fertile male should not be imprisoned in a woman's prison.

The part where you think there's going to be any kind of lawsuit, and especially one brought by people who are related to them, and the part where you don't understand why she was there, given that it was plainly explained in the article you posted.

I know you're not going to answer the question about the lawsuit, because there is no answer, or the question about what requires empathy, for the same reason, so we'll just circle back to the first one: what do you need explained to you?

You are incapable of explaining standing to me, as I understand it better than you ever will.
If you need to have it explained, I will do so.
Women in a women's prison are supposed to be safe from becoming pregnant, due to men being imprisoned with them. This man was housed in a woman's prison and impregnated 2 women. Those women's families have a potential lawsuit against the state.
Again I will ask why a man was housed in a woman's prison. Answer that question, Nate.
