Obviously, if you are OK with the guards simply walking away from their post, you don't care about the safety of the congressional delegation that was "trapped" inside the chambers. You are being dishonest, yet again. The worst part of this is that you don't realize how dishonest you are being.
I wanted the guards to wait to be properly relieved prior to leaving their post.

Because, as has been explained to you over and over and over, other officers, who were more heavily armed and armored, were arriving to remove the crowd.

A crowd, by the way, that we know was still growing. "Upon discovering this alternative route, Register and one other rioter ran toward the crowd excitedly, waving their arms to signal them to follow them around the corner. Within moments, the crowd followed Register, who continued waving them forward before running to follow."

We also know, as I've already shown you, that the crowd was trying to break through the glass even while the officers were standing there: "Here is Register, mere feet from the entrance, while the crowd chants “Break it down! Break it down!” and at least one rioter punches the glass."

If this wasn't the plan, then why would he say "They're ready to roll" when he saw them? Why would the others with him know what that means and all of them would move together?

They were trapped. I'll take the word of the people that were trapped in that chamber over yours every time, and I can't imagine anyone else that wouldn't do the same. Except you, of course.

The safety of the people still trapped in the chamber is why the cop shot Babbitt; you, remember, are the person that wanted him to taze her and didn't seem to think anyone would follow her through while the person on the other side was dealing with her.

There is zero indication that anyone was ever supposed to physically replace them.

Otherwise, why would he say "They're ready to roll" and all three of them would move away? The answer should be obvious.

You don't care about them at all or you would want to have more guards at the door, as opposed to fewer.

Manage to find any other examples of police wading into a crowd like you want them to? Of course not.

Manage to explain why he said "They're ready to roll"? Of course not.

I provide evidence for the things I say and you don't bother to read it. I ask for evidence of the claims you make, and not only can you not provide any, you and I both know you don't even try.

It seems you are damning yourself with your own argument. If the cops moving away from their post was bad because it left the congressional delegation in danger of being attacked, doesn't that mean she was the danger you are speaking of and therefore the police were justified in shooting her because the congressional delegation was in danger?

You can't argue they should have stayed to stop the threat of harm from this woman without acknowledging this woman posed a threat of harm...
