Of course they are both true. If you don't think the vast majority of people understand that a race that makes up 60% of the population would have more people killed by police then one that makes up 13%.

I never said there is no racial discrimination.

I said that there is a narrative in America that white people are simply not shot by police. I've seen this narrative, which is why I provided the tweets that I did.
