They left at 1:35 of the video and she climbed onto the window sill at 2:13, when she was shot. Nearly 40 seconds with no one guarding the "public" side of the door is entirely too long in a riot.

I don't know if the cops have the same General orders as the Army. But them leaving doesn't suddenly make what she did OK does it?
