So? Trump didn’t mean the Neo-Nazis were fine people, he meant the guys right next to the Neo-Nazis chanting along with them were fine people.
That’s still bad, if you are chanting alongside the KKK, you are not a fine person.

To my understanding, there were those who were not a part of the KKK who wanted to defend the statues because it is a part of their history. The KKK hijacked the crowd and started causing a ruckus. Those who were initially there had nothing to do with the KKK and were innocent which is why Trump said they were fine people on both sides.
Let's say you're protesting with BLM and a small group of violent BLM supporters become aggressive and attack people. Is it fair for me to associated you with them even though you guys both support the BLM? That's silly and you know it.
Elise Stefanik is out there saying the 200,000 job gain is the worst we’ve seen in 20 years to fall into the Trump talking points. But it’s not even the worst in the last year. Someone should ask her how many jobs were lost last April. And if you know the answer and won’t call Elise a lying sack of ****, you’re a mark in the cult.
Those that left were innocent, those that stayed and started chanting next to the KKK are not fine people.
As for you, and Special and Redrum's absurd BLM comparison. If I stayed and started chanting with the rioters and helping them burn the buildings, yes I'm not longer a fine person.
You're intentionally framing those that stayed as individuals who supported the KKK so you're already fabricating something that didn't happen. Just because they stayed doesn't mean that they support the KKK. How many of them even knew some were KKK members? Just like no one here claims a protestor is part of ANTIFA if ANTIFA shows up in a protest, why is it conveniently not applicable for someone defending the statue to not being a part of the KKK? Plenty of people there did not chant or support the KKK. You're assuming they did because that's how you want to push the story. Sorry, but that's not what happened. And Trump already stated that he disavowed the KKK so if the individuals remaining were a part of the KKK or supported the KKK, then he already disavowed them to begin with.
Yes it did. We literally have the video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GzXY902hbo
They were chanting "Jews will not replace us" and other hateful things. They had KKK shields and swastikas on the flags as they were marching.
If you didn't know those people were white supremacists, you're an idiot.
So tell me, you think the people who stayed and chanted "Jews will not replace us" next to the guy with the swastika flag were fine people even though they weren't in the KKK?
"There were very fine people on both sides, & I'm not talking about the Neo-nazis and white supremacists because they should be condemned totally."
What more do you want?
You're also a mod. Using the word idiot is against the rules, no? Is that allowed? Will I be banned for saying it?
I want you to watch that video and specifically point out which of those people walking alongside the swastika flag chanting Jews will not replace us was the fine people he's referring to.
Unless I'm mistaken, using the word idiot isn't against the rules, calling someone specifically an idiot is. I did not call you an idiot, I called anyone who walked alongside a man carrying a swastika flag chanting Jews will not replace us and didn't know that guy was a white supremacist an idiot.
So your video has all the people who attended the protest there? It doesn't. And he clearly stated that he is not referring to white supremacist members so if they are white supremacists, then those aren't the people he said that are fine people. What is so difficult to understand here?
Who are these people?

Whats difficult to understand is how Biden continues to say racist stuff and gets away with it. The fact that you are still on about this 5 years later but you haven't said boo about biden and his comments, even recently makes you lose all credibility in calling trump a racist.
"America is doomed not just because of black people..."
" if you dont vote for me, you ain't black"
" poor kids are just as smart as white kids"
These are all quotes of biden the past couple of years. Take your pick. The last one, you could say was a gaff, but if trump said it, you and the media would be all over it.
Yeah Biden and Trump both say gibberish. Trump has a history in his private life of being racist. We don't need MORE evidence to know where he's coming from.
As for Biden being racist ... it's entirely possible. He's certainly done a huge amount of damage to black communities with his hard on for imprisoning as many people as possible for as long as possible that just so happens to have worked very well to imprison an absurd amount of black people.
Biden also befriended and referred kindly to racists in his own party. He supported segregation.
Both trump and biden are old racists. Mostly because at their age, racism was tolerated most of the life or what we consider racist in 2021. Trump has also done much for the black community in his personal/professional life. In fact, he wasnt considered a racist until he ran for office and put an R after his name.
I make this point all the time on this site and in the real world to my liberal friends. They don't want to hear this or know anything about it. Ignorance when it comes to Biden but the fact I don't agree with all their sentiments towards Trump makes me a Trumpster even though I never voted for the guy.
Screw Trump's words... I'm not justifying them because he does sometimes say stupid things, but Biden has actually implemented laws that have single-handedly destroyed Black America... he is a key reason why there absolutely needs to be criminal justice reform. He added onto the judicial bias against Blacks but apparently it's not a big deal to 50% of the country even though they claim they are fighting for racial equality.
It's just as bad as the NBA standing up for social justice, but ignoring the lack of social justice going on in/by China. Social justice as long as it doesn't interfere with their agenda...
Way to continue gobbling up Donnie boi's BS! :laugh2:

Well pinning it all on Biden ignores massive context. First, the Republicans at the time were the "tough on crime" party, and Clinton and the Democrats pushed to be tougher on crime to buttress Republican attacks on them for being "weak on crime".
In fact, the main Republican opposition to the bill was it wasn't harsh enough:
https://www.baltimoresun.com/news/bs...085-story.html
Texas' Phil Gramm, said the bill's mandatory sentencing requirements were not harsh enough, particularly against drug pushers.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/archi...-3e5c6ab61845/
Republican demands for votes on 10 amendments to cut spending for prevention programs and to toughen penalty provisions. Insisting on stronger punishment provisions as well as elimination of nearly all the spending for prevention programs, which they labeled "social pork," Senate Republicans raised a procedural challenge aimed at opening the bill to amendment.
So pinning this on Biden is pure partisanship. Contextually, Biden's proposals in the bill were the most moderate of all the ideas and if Democrats weren't in "charge" at the time, we'd have an even more stringent and worse crime bill today.
So criticizing Biden for the 94 crime bill is a lot like criticizing a politician for voting to go to Iraq; pretty much everyone did. And this is no exception.
The claim was he directed the racist housing practices...
You have this weird disconnect where you think it's entirely possible to be a raging racist and not have it manifest in any way. Like someone could be a massive racist and never once treat a black person differently. It's one of the more bizarre compartmentalization's I've ever encountered.
Funny you expect people to add context for biden... have you ever done this for Trump?
