Maybe they overpaid for bad education then, that says nothing about general education from established institutions etc. though. I would agree that not all education is equal and in my time working with student loans I found that 90+% of the people in default I worked with went to colleges I never heard of. After talking with many they didn't finish for whatever reason, others admitted they were young and got a useless degree because they didn't know what else to do at the time. So again random one offs aren't going to be meaningful to the general picture when discussing if education matters or is **** as a whole. Student loan debt in general has many factors outside of if education is good/important playing into it.
It's crazy to me this is where politics in this country have gotten to. Even education has become part of the culture war often with people trying to demonize (not just this, see sluggo in other threads ranting about teachers or the CRT stuff etc.).
They are all over her, she was like trailer girl winning the lottery when she came to congress. Using campaign money to get her little diner out of debt. I don't know why, after giving people food poision at a event she cater. Her husband got a million dollar job with a oil company while she shepherd a bill to help them. Oh, man what a dumb *****, she charge her campaign funds for her travel mileage which total to a sum which would cover 38,000 miles of travel. Far more than the entire circumference of the Earth and this was during the pandemic.
THE American Muckrakers PAC are putting the spotlight on her after their successful takedown of Rep. Madison "most vile of the newcomers" Cawthorn.
Hopefully, after this takedown, they go after Greene. I don't know if they are doing it for the Dems or Republician, maybe Cheney's crew, purge. So far the rabid Cheney haters are catching the heat.
Wonder how her targets will fair in the Congress investigation.
