I've never said I'm not partisan. everyone here is partisan, but I've been more critical of Trump than anyone that has said anything supportive of Trump or other Republicans.

Yeah, the US controlled the skies and could have stopped the takeover and that included blowing up their vehicles on their way. As for civilians, this is no different than any other part of warfare and civilians get injured and killed. This was an example of bad planning and bad intelligence on the part of the state department and intelligence agencies.

As for your smart *** accusation about my pissing and moaning about abandoning the timeline, piss off. Saving American lives should have been objective in any withdrawal from there. Timetables are irrelevant next to that.
