Yes ... not really the point.

I'm not going to sit here and say it was universal, but there were actual calls for Cuomo to resign (including several high ranking NY Democrats) for what he is accused of doing. But I haven't seen ANY Republicans call for Matt Gaetz to resign his position for accusations of doing things that are far worse. Sexual accusations by someone who you have authority over are bad and tough to top, but sexual accusations by someone who is a minor are FAR worse.
.
LMAO why are we talking about Al Franken
Look, you right-wingers don't get to sit here while Pizzagate and QAnon exist (and be completely silent about it, or at times supportive, even) and then pretend to be outraged that we think some coked out nutjub might have been a sex freak. Especially after he went on Tucker and tried to drag him into this mess. And brining up underage prostitutes out of nowhere.
He's also actually being investigated for it. Actively. By the DOJ. This isn't "someone said this person did something bad". Dude's in real hot water. Another of the many reasons why all of FNK's dumb false-equivalencies should just be laughed at moved on from.
Love to hear a right-winger articulate to me what they like about Gaetz so much in the first place that they instinctually want to defend him. Seriously. Why is he a politician worth supporting? What policies of his do you like?
Or is that he just kisses Trump's *** harder than the people here could ever dream of?
And yeah, I definitely think he's done some ****ed up ****. Because I think he's one of the scummiest people on the planet, and that was before this news broke! We'll see how it plays out. But yeah, "****** human did ****** thing"...and you expect me to just ignore it
I still find it hilarious that all the Pizzagate folks apparently didn't realize the issue was PizzaGaetz.
No "maybe" about it.
