Because a female representative put forth a bill to change the dress code of congresswoman because SHE felt the dress code was unprofessional. You, dbrainless and another took that as an opportunity to say men are whining about the way congresswomen dress.

In other words, you're okay with skin and cleavage being shown in a professional environment. And don't care that a woman thinks it's too revealing. So I just asked how'd you feel if men were wearing clothing displaying their special places. Seems like a fair question.

I was hoping maybe you'd be a little more with it tonight, but I guess that was always going to be futile.

First, I didn't say anything about men or whining. No in did, in fact, until you started randomly talking about chaps and testicles.

Second, no one, anywhere, said anything about cleavage. The rule change was about making women wear jackets, and about dictating the kind of jacket they had to wear.

This part, at least, makes sense. Can you imagine what would happen if someone saw a woman's bare elbow?! The Missouri state government would undoubtedly grind to a halt, and it may never get started again. And if she has one bare elbow, the chances are probably pretty high that her other elbow is bare too. MULTIPLE BARE ELBOWS. May as well just install a stripper pole in the chamber if we're going to allow tramps like that to be parading all that skin around. This is a professional environment!


This, of course, is just like men wearing chaps with their balls hanging out. I find it difficult sometimes to keep them straight, personally. Summer rolls around and it's like, Jesus, St Louis has become a veritable cornucopia of testicles. Mercifully, someone eventually corrects me that what I'm seeing is actually, in fact, just the bare elbow of an adult woman.

But it's still scarring. Bare elbows in my good Christian suburbs? No thank you! May as well let guys run around with their dicks out, a leap any reasonable person would make were they to see the uncovered elbow of an adult woman.

Nah, it’s an insane question. This prohibited women from having bare arms, not bare chests. What does cleavage (or testicles) have to do with sleeves?

The GQP have had so much of the cult kool-aid that everything to them is a slippery slope. They've been conditioned to scream and be fearful of anything that isn't white and christian. So the idea of showing an arm somehow means that congresswomen will start having nip slips right in the chambers because of how little they'll be covered.

Many, if not all, of these republican cultists have mental conditions that can be easily diagnosed.
