You, still haven't shown where the billions of billions of dollars went or where it was spent. Just sat there and put that out of your arse, I'm betting.
So the Flint resident should just sit back and have a cold one out of the tap. Mix a little baby formula in it and give it to Jr. Don't worry, be happy.
I ask again, have any reports of ground being broken for projects earmarked by that billions and billions of dollars in infrastructure bills? And you still have asked why Flint wasn't placed at the head of the line considering how long their resident had to deal with this issue. You do know that no one will be brought to trial for positioning a whole community, oops, I'm complaining again. How about that Biden!
You want one of those Stepford wives-type bases. Never complain, always smiling with a cheer, and know their role.
I would like to say that I’m glad the GOP will be taking a well deserved break this weekend after not doing **** for a whole week. Well earned $3346 this week!
Okay.
And gained seats in the Senate, but I can understand why you wouldn't want to mention that part. Anyway, let's get to the good stuff:
How many Republicans would vote for either of these things? They did actually manage to get a very small bill on guns though, which was more than even I expected, but - and here's a thing you are going to hear a lot because you should've figured it out by now - when the Senate is divided 50/50, getting things through is significantly harder. All of this, of course, is the fault of the Democrats who voted for the bills, though, and not the Republicans who didn't.
Again, just blissfully ignorant of how any of it works. Democrats had zero ability to bring Garland to a vote, because they didn't control the Senate at the time. They had zero power to stop any of Trump's three nominees because, yet again, they didn't control the Senate at the time. What happened once they did? We got Ketanji Brown Jackson. But again, I know that doesn't mean anything to you.
A thing no Republican has ever done before regarding a Democratic president... I guess? This is another bizarre one.
Because, and here we are again, they only had a 50/50 split in the Senate. Wishes aren't votes, even when they're wishes as super duper special as yours. But, again, you have to have a passing familiarity with reality to recognize that Joe Manchin is not the same as the DNC.
See above w/r/t abortion and gun control; as far as BBB goes, it became the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. Again, Manchin was the major holdup, but even with the negotiations with him changing the bill, it passed without a single Republican vote, and Kamala Harris breaking the tie. Had any Republicans supported any other version of it, negotiations with Manchin wouldn't have even been necessary, but I guess the DNC is just not good enough to get Republicans to vote for things. "Progressives" would definitely be way better.
I would ask you how they could have not "fumbled it," but you don't seem to grasp how a divided Senate works so it feels a bit like asking a cat to explain nuclear physics.
For virtually every one of those things, though, Republicans unanimously voted against it. Anything that got through the Senate was unanimously voted for by Democrats, because it needed to be. Even all of the compromise things that you hate (as opposed to the non-compromise things you also would've hated), Republicans voted against all of it. And, apparently, this is the fault of the Democrats.
You know this is a message board, right? Everything doesn't disappear just because you don't get an instant reply. Calm down.
One Google search later…

Considering how badly we ****ed Flint, when it comes to whether we’ve solved the problem or adequately helped them, the only people I will listen to are those in Flint, MI. If they’re still saying we haven’t solved the problem, then the problem hasn’t been solved.
Bless your little heart grabbing what little sunshine you can. Now you DNC moderates can play gridlock with the republicans instead of just playing with yourself. You keep acting like that is my problem. If the democrat can't get voters to vote more of them in office to get it done, I think the blame should go on the directorship of Pelosi, two times loser of the House Majority leader role. The base doesn't run the national campaign agenda or set up the DNC policies to attract voters.Quote:

Keep acting like what is being done is working. How climate change policies? Still, feeding offshore drilling to the fossil fuels, how is that criminal justice reform package coming along? Y'all really got that BBB plan thru congress. YOu keep thinking what you have in these parties is working when they even told us we have to live with a mass shooting. Oh, well why not be a total sheep, yes we can live with bad education and the shooting of unarmed folks. Don't have the vote, what do you do? Shut up and just vote democrat. How is that working out for you?Quote:

Kinda forgot how Mitch re-interrupted the Constitution and say that there wasn't enough time in Obama's lame duck term to constitutionally do it during his last full year, then when Ruth died two months before Trump left office, Mitch rescind his re interruption of the Constitution and insist the republicans had the right to vote in an SC appointee during Trump last few months. Did I get how the Republicans punked the Democrats out of SC appointees? You let them change rules first one way and then another to their benefit. No, Ketanji Jackson's appointment doesn't mean much on my dinner table no more than Clarence Brown getting the position. Only moderates are still into that historical first black-person thing. It doesn't sell beans to me.Quote:

Thanks for the heads-up. Campaign promises are wishes, so I can just skip that whole listening to them and just not vote for them. Cause I just know my super special wish as mines, funny I've been stating the need to fix the Flint water problem not my wish to bed Halle Berry and not get killed by my wife. Is FLint the super special little unrealistic wish we are talking about? Being vague about my "wish" is cheap.

BTW, some corners of the economical study don't think it will be effective and the Europeans aren't to happy with it. I must admit I didn't study the nuts and bolts of it but others' reactions to it.what would you call that little circle jerk done on the BBB bill?Quote:

HAAHAHAHAHHA. that is a good one, sort of like asking you if the DNC was so good at what they do, why are so many people within their base are pissed off with them. I know, I know, they are a bunch of stupid whiners while the republicans are deplorable, Look the **** around outside your moderate bubble, nobody gives a crap about the DNC but they are concerned about how Congress doesn't work and the DNC gets a share of that blame. I hope the DNC use your tactic to win them back. "Hey stupid!!!"Quote:

like I tell my kids when they don't perform right, I don't give a **** about the Republicans this is about you not getting the job done. This is about the Democrats. not the Republicans. They are kicking your arse with two-bit actors, cheerleaders, and game show host, I'm betting the DNC will lose the OVal office to meth head whore named Sally. face the fact, you have to examine what you are doing wrong not blame others to solve a problem. They being stupid just fed into your inflated ego and does nothing for the DNC agenda. I"m happy if you continue thus and totally ignore me. I need the laugh.Quote:
