Funny how the best organization with the best FO in baseball thought it was a good thing to hire AA. That must mean AA is really good.
I don’t think anyone is saying AA isn’t smart or a good GM. I would even argue that he’s grown significantly and is a better GM now. But he also didn’t have the farm in Atlanta since they gave up like 15 prospects for the cheating scandal before he got there. So he hasn’t been able to make these crazy creative trades… yet.
