I don't think 4 years 100 milllion is too high for them, but if the yankees want to save some money on DJ, they'll have to negotiate an agreement in which they're allowed to match the top offer from another team and let this signing hang over their heads for the entire winter and possibly spring. I think he's worth 25 million, but it's not my money and I don't know the financials for the yankees. I do know they dropped 27 million on a set up guy, when no one is even biting on Brad Hand for 10 million a year. So if money is not an issue, just pay him the 4 years and 100 million and move on.
