Looked really good. From the looks of it he would definitely be an upgrade to what we currently have behind Cole

To be clear, if German continues to pitch like that, does that in spring training, returns to the rotation and continues to pitch that way in the 5 spot, he will still be an upgrade behind Cole. Another thing you are not good at is simple math. There are 4 spots behind Cole. German pitching in any of those slots, means he is pitching behind Cole in the rotation.
