It doesn’t surprise me that they didn’t . Cashman is not known for making big trades like that one these days . Only response from this I expect is bringing back Tanaka and dj . Which would be underwhelming

That was a given . Sad day to be a yankee fan when even your cross town rivals are going to be more competitive . All that’s left is for the Red Sox to do something .

At this point if they bring back DJ and Paxton and thats all were going to feel lucky.

#Yankees inquired with the #Indians on the price for Lindor as a backup plan if they did not sign LeMahieu, but have remained committed to seeing it thru with LeMahieu even as other options — such as Lindor — come off the board.
