The absolute number of white people killed by police is about 2:1, meaning that for every black person killed by police two white people are killed. But that's where people stop looking at the numbers because they think that's all that matters. When you look at the population of the US, there are 5 white people for every black person. Which means that you need to realize that the numbers (statistically) should be 1 black person for every 5 white people as well.
In 2017, there were 457 white people killed by police and 223 black people. To match up statistically, there should only have been 91 black people killed by police.
In 2018, there were 399 white people killed by police and 209 black people. To match up statistically, there should only have been 80 black people killed by police.
In 2019, there were 370 white people killed by police and 235 black people. To match up statistically, there should only have been 74 black people killed by police.
In 2020, there were 432 white people killed by police and 226 black people. To match up statistically, there should only have been 87 black people killed by police.

That's 561 people in four years that died above the statistically expected number. And I'm sorry but no argument about two parent households explains why that many black men are being killed by the police. Especially not when it's junk science. They just went and tracked down a statistic that enough mealy-mouthed people would believe.
