The conversation was about hiring practices. It's my contention that businesses are being more diverse because it's more profitable. It's bad business to limit your employee pool to any certain race or gender. Ewing brought up restaurants which is how we got on the subject.Quote:

The guy has a Michelin star, multiple James Beard awards, and multiple PBS shows since the 70's on Mexican cuisine, and he's as white as Skip Bayless... mostly because they're brothers. No one cares that he's white, because he didn't go to Mexico, steal a bunch of recipes and techniques, and then **** off back to America to open restaurants and give them no credit.
