I dunno. I worked with a charity that tutored kids in these neighborhoods filled with crime, mostly black and Hispanic. They don’t want that. And they sure don’t have the same resources that I had growing up in white suburbia. I just see it differently than you. These same districts will pump millions into police funding, but they don’t have up to date text books or after school programs or good quality teachers because the good ones take higher salaries and better tenures in the districts with more money, based on local income and round and round it goes.

Well you have to understand that those people have minority "issues," those "issues" directly relate to them being minorities and are not "issues" of systemic issues surrounding racism and poverty. They just have minority "issues." I'll point out that this isnt a racist argument, it is just an argument that these people have "issues" because they are minorities.
