Defiant athletes? I keep seeing shades of the sixties repeating itself. Ali, the black power salute of the olympic athletes, Jim Brown. With growing discontent, I don't think a Biden Presidency will slow it down. I know people here will disagree, but it should have been Bernie. His reputation, connections to the rowdy left and ideas would have better suited to deal with our economical downturn which is going to hurt the middle and the lower class the most. Yup, I think it will be more of a socialist movement, with medicare for all and criminal justice reform. During MLK last days, he was moving towards a poor people movemment. Before he was murder he was working with striking grabage men seeking wage increase.
