I'm not arguing who it's up to to change that stereo type. I am simply pointing out this stereotype DOES exist, it has a very real and tangible impact on people, and this is the reason people are protesting.

You keep doing the same thing everytime I point this out, you keep telling my why it's ok to perpetuate this stereotype.

When that is the response half this country gives, of course they will feel unheard.

even people wanting something done about racial injustice shouldn't have supported that kneeling because it didn't help, the media was fixated on the kneeling for their divisive agenda and not why they were protesting.


I will support legal protests when there should be protests, not at their job during the American national anthem, that bothered a lot of people both black and white.

there are posts related to Kaepernick where I did support why he was protesting, I even suggested another method to protest that would do much more good than being divisive during the American national anthem. you don't care about that though.

I agree the problem is that we don’t admit this stereotype exists. The reason we don’t admit it exists is because of white guilt and victimhood within the black community. Even though the stereotype is based in part, due to factual information, white people are afraid to admit to having this prejudice because of racism. People are afraid to be considered racist so let’s act like everything is fine. On the part of black people, they look for reasons to be victims of racism. There’s many examples of false allegations.

Even in the case of Floyd, is this about racism? Was the cop racially motivated in putting his knee of Floyd’s neck? From what I’ve read, it seems like the cop was a **** to everyone. His record shows that. That being said, I don’t think he intended to kill Floyd. I think he was playing tough guy cop. Floyd had an underlying issue and died because of his actions. It’s a tragedy and the cops should be prosecuted. But we assume racism because we want to assume racism.

how is any conflict resolved if one or both sides refuses to view things from the other's perspective?
the only conflicts "resolved" without that are done by force...meaning the winner takes control while the loser accepts defeat...with this outcome not sustainable
