Did I say that for the incident surrounding Trump's photo ops? That is what we are talking about right? And no I don't include the actions of lawless looters as part of this protest movement. Do you think I like going out of my neighborhood for my food and medicine when those scumbags trashed my pharmacy and grocery stores? I had a relationship with those people working there. Most of those looters are either criminal who plagues our community or stupid teenagers out wilding. I am fully in favor of shooting looters not harassing peaceful protesters. For some f'ing reason, you think since I support the protest movement I am for lawlessness. That is why you seeing more day time protest by peaceful protesters to separate themselves from the looters. But they are still be treated like criminals by the police and seen as one of the same with rioters with people like you.

If the government had addressed these issues with the police department in the past, we wouldn't had these riots or the peaceful protests..

I especially think the Confederate statues all need to go. All they represent, along with those ugly flags so many dorks love to wave, are a seditious and traitorous army that was solely raised to uphold white supremacy and protect racial slavery. The statues serve no purpose at all, and are rightfully offensive to many. They are not worth revering. And if you truly cared about this country and what it supposedly stands for you'd be saying the same thing.

Bolded…I'll go along with that. I think it's time for everyone top stand down and get a dialog going. And everyone need to be realistic…we're not going to get rid of the police, Seattle is not going to be allowed to have an independent area etc.

I suspect that you and I travel in different types of circles. (Humor me here.) I have not heard one person that I know or come in contact with or on FOX News (GASP!!!!) defend the cop that killed George Floyd. Not one. The only difference of opinion I have heard is Murder 1 or murder 2. I have also heard very few not concede that police departments need to change to a certain degree (only ones that have disagreed are retired police that feel for what is going on to the current police).

Point is that there is a huge opportunity for significant change right in front of us and it may be being pissed away by the stupid looters, Antifa, anarchists and whatever it is that is going on right now in Seattle. We are past the time to re-evaluate and cloe to missing a golden opportunity,

If you let those stupid looters, Antifa, anarchist or whatever change the dialogue then nothing will be changed. It will be just an excuse to do nothing.

The focus has to be on what causes the protest marches as well as the rioting. Otherwise we and our children will be running over the same old ground until one side or the other takes it to the extreme. Open insurrection or repressive government policies. We are getting close when you see law enforcement attacking the press. Out of everything that has been happening the government suppressing the press with violence is the worst.

I think the crowd was moved/disbursed/pushed back in part with pepper WHATEVER it was...fine, somewhere between smoke and tear gas, but still a deliberate eye irritant. And I have more than once said they may have asked the crowd to move but the fact none of the crowd seemed in any hurry to (usually at least SOME would be seen moving) I believe the officers went from 'please move' to 'here's the pepper bullets' far too quickly and therefore possibly unnecessarily.

No. No one has clearly answered this.

If they are asked to move and they did not move, then they got what they deserved. They were not being prevented from protesting. They were being asked to move back. These confrontations with the police will always be won by the police.

All they had to do is moved when asked. Seems awfully simple.
