Ok so let’s negotiate. You start at $15 minimum wage. I’ll start at a penny. Maybe we can call each other names and talk about who’s dad would win in a fight too. Or we could act like adults and negotiate reasonably.

So your genuine belief is if we got rid of the minimum wage employers would use less workers but pay those workers more?
If that were better for them financially... why don’t they just do that now? Minimum wage certainly isn’t stopping them.
And you understand that if corporations can get away with paying a minimum wage they will, but you don’t think if corporations can get away with paying less than minimum wage they will? That doesn’t make any sense.
You have not once negotiated, let alone reasonably. Because you want to abolish the minimum wage, so you’re fundamentally opposed to even that penny being added to the minimum wage. You then accused Liberals of being impossible to negotiate with because of their demands. You are a parody at this point.
I just bought a place cash. Even if I had a mortgage I'd still make more money renting the place vs. monthly payment + . 700 is dirt cheap for rent. You basically have to pay like 2k to share in NYC and you have no shot at all to own.
At some point, workers will not entertain a job at a certain wage so $2 an hr isn’t going to cut it. The minimum wage gives corporations at out. They can offer minimum wage, attract a higher quantity of lower level employee and sacrifice quality. Currently, corporations don’t even need to consider quality of employees. They just consider quantity at the minimum wage required of them.
No because prices would not decrease. Workers could work for free but companies are not going to lower prices. I’m not sure if prices would increase at $9.25 an hr but at some amount, they certainly will.
Do we both agree that corporations are greedy and their only purpose is to make money for shareholders and owners?
I compare it to Wyoming because it's one of the states with the lowest minimum wage, lol. I recently left NY for Florida and everyone makes fun of Florida but you know what, the price of living kicks the ****ing **** out of NY. I got a great deal and I'm happy to be gone. It's so much better. I'm still 10 minutes from the beach, actually now a minute (I was on LI) and everything's just as good. Taxes are amazing. Still has a city feel.
