COVID-19 Response: An issue that shouldn't be at all political....yet here we are

I've talked to several people including doctors who work in major hospitals who have told me that they are directed to name covid as the cause of death even if the patient dies from heart failure, lung disease, diabetic seizure etc. if covid is anywhere present in the victim. The cause of death that is put on the death certificate is up to the doctor who fills out the report and when a hospital tells them what to put on it, thats what he or she does.

I guess you are not aware of what is contained in the CARES ACT regarding health care providers getting paid a lot of money for every Covid case that they report to the federal government. Something like $13,000 per case. My My, I guess that explains a lot about the great number of cases supposedly in the US, huh?

By the way, Sparky, do you know how difficult it is to get treated right now for anything that isn't Covid related? I do and its personal with me. I got diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in Feb. of last year. My right knee needs surgery and it hurts like hell. I've tried two different health care providers, Kaiser and the VA for oth of these and haven't been able to see one damned doctor in about a year because the only people being seen other than absolute emergency cases are Covid related cases. Why do you think that is?

Of course you know why. ITS MONEY being given to these hospitals to diagnose and treat Covid. Its ********.
