I don't know but I can't stop thinking about that statement. Find me something from a President, present or past, that's as sad and funny as that. It's peak Trump. Insanity. Imagine waking up everyday, rolling out of bad, and being like "I'm going to log online to defend this guy with my all!". The world's biggest narcissist and baboon...a guy who couldn't give a single **** about any of the people that worship him. It's great. I love the cult.
What did Trump do that made the vaccine come out in a year and not 5? Was he in the labs running the tests  Was he in the hospitals administering the trials  What did he do that any other President wouldn't have or couldn't have. In plain words. Let's not forget this is a guy who spent the bulk of his Presidency downplaying the problem...and eventually completely ignoring it altogether after he lost.
And you don't think this just oozes of like 13 year-old narcissism  It's so petty and condescending. He's a baby. And absolute child.
I hope it does not get lost in all the political vomit (see above) that the global scientific community — public and private — succeeded in providing what appears at this point to be a number of viable vaccines for a novel and deadly virus.
I got my second shot (Pfizer/AstraZeneca — US, Great Britain, Sweden) earlier this week, and I admit, it is a relief. So, even though some would see this as an opportunity for largely unwarranted chest beating, I applaud the work of the countless individuals involved in the rapid development and distribution of the vaccines across the globe.
