He doesn't. He gets more blame than others because he is POTUS and they get attacked for ridiculous things all the time anyways. Most importantly he gets more blame because of his own specific actions/words.

Go into other threads and people have criticized specific democratic governors responses and there has been sharing of someone like I think it was DeWine handling it well the other way.

Others have blame and some receive credit not all in team game form which has been covered throughout the forum in multiple threads. Anyone criticizing that ban at the time was being dumb too. You are just seeing what you want and turning into the same dumb thing Trump does.

I don't think he gets all the criticism, but he has basically been asking to be targeted for years.

I don't think it's reasonable that our news media has is so clearly not just biased, but have joined teams with the Dems and GOP. But once we accept that that has happened the rest of this is just the way it's going to be until we find a way to fix the media.

I was watching fox news yesterday, it's kinda unbelieveable what I was watching. They were legitimately trying to discredit science as a whole because they said we expected higher numbers but the numbers are low, so we should lift the lockdown.

I get they are coming from an economy first perspective, but the **** they're saying and how they're presenting is just irresponsible, kinda legit dangerous. It was kinda hard to believe what I was watching, some kinda middle age blonde lady was the host.

Yes, before mid march the entire govt on multiple levels failed. Bipartisan fail.

Since then, numerous governors and other government entities stepped up, but trump hasn't. We still have a gaping hole on the federal level regarding response to the virus.

Yeah, that was not ever going to happen with him. My point is that there is a pretty easy playbook when it comes to a crisis, and adhering to that playbook makes heroes out of average presidents. Most of our "great" presidents had average presidencies and were able to handle themselves like adults.
