Either you didn't read what I posted, or you forgot what was in it by the time you were typing your reply. Whatever the case may be, you still don't seem to get it: Charlottesville didn't allow it to take place, they were forced to allow it on First Amendment grounds.

Sounds like your real complaint is with the people who wrote the First Amendment. But this presupposes that you have any idea what you're even talking about, and clearly you do not.

Buddhists monastics: Peacefully pray as counter-protest.

Nazis: Literally murder and injure people.

You are getting very close to "little natey" mode here. Just stop and read what I say. No further comment is necessary.
The counter-protestors that prevented the later march were correct in doing so. There was absolutely no reason for the KKK/Nazis to have been allowed to march either time, but the city (which granted a permit for the march to take place), and subsequently the courts, allowed them to do so, knowing full well what sort of people they were and what would likely happen.
The KKK/Nazis were armed, as cowards like them have to be to show how "big" they are and the leftist protestors brought weapons as well, hence being partially to blame for the problem.
Now, all sides were at fault for this problem. The KKK/Nazis are always at fault regardless of what they do. The city/court was at fault for allowing the march to take place. The leftist protestors were at fault for bringing weapons.
As to the Buddists praying, they are not provoking a confrontation. The Nazis are always at fault, but the Buddists do not share any of it.

Charlottesville issued the permit because they had to. How are you still struggling to grasp this? Charlottesville did not have a choice but to issue the permit; they couldn't even move the location of the rally, and you think they could've told them they couldn't have it anywhere?

Stop talking about this. You clearly have no ****ing clue what you're talking about, and trying to shift any amount of blame off of the literal Nazis only makes you look worse. Just accept your loss and go.

But the most blame rests with the city that did not have the ability to deny the permit.

Now, I know what you're thinking: shouldn't the majority of the blame be with the people that committed murder and were found by a federal jury to have conspired to cause what happened and were, you know, Nazis?

Of course not! Most of the blame goes to the city who didn't have the legal authority to stop it, and not to the Nazis.

We live in a country where phucktards confuse freedom of speech with speech that they believe should be free from impunity. From Klansmen to Trump to Kyrie to Kanye to Libertarians to 1st amendment auditors, all of these people believe there should be no accountability for what they say, how they say it, and where its said. They must all suffer from the same severe mental illness or they're just unbelievably stupid. I'm amazed at the amount of people that stand in unison with these people's rights then make those who oppose them out to be the bad guys.

Be better. The last thing this country needs is more idiots using the constitution as justification to spread their prejudice without recourse. If that recourse comes with counter protesting so be it. The moral high ground is always with those who stand in opposition of pieces of human **** like the KKK.

Then don't tell everyone that all sides are at fault. People should be standing up to prejudiced, racist, and xenophobic behavior. If they don't, they're not much better than the ones who perpetrate it. Complacency allows this type of hate speech to gain the traction it already gets too much of.

People that bring weapons to a march forfeit the moral high ground.
