You mean using incorrect facts confuses others.
God, educating you gets tedious.
The Court of Appeals hasn't ruled on anything, because the state just appealed the ruling today. The ruling came from the State Supreme Court. I even gave you the name of the judge that issued the ruling, whereas the court of appeals has seven judges.
You, twice, said the ruling was from the wrong court.Quote:
Sitting in Staten Island, state Supreme Court Justice Ralph Porzio held that the city’s health commissioner overstepped his authority and violated the workers’ due process and equal protection rights when he barred the workers from their jobs.
But it wasn't, as I told you.
Now let's hear that insult so you can distract from doubling down on being wrong.Quote:
NEW YORK (WABC) -- New York City is appealing a judge's ruling to reinstate municipal employees fired for not getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
The city is appealing the latest ruling by a Staten Island judge finding a segment of the municipal work force should not require vaccination.
Staten Island Supreme Court Justice Ralph Porzio ruled Monday that the vaccination requirement for a group of 16 sanitation workers suing the city is arbitrary and capricious.
"Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid-19," the ruling notes.
Nothing, and I literally mean nothing, you just posted proves me wrong, or proves you correct.
You can paste as many arbitrary links as you wish, but nothing changes the fact that in New York, the Court of Appeals is the actual Supreme Court.
It's like you think that the city can't appeal a ruling from the Court of Appeals that they disagree with. They can file appeals for the rest of their existence, but it doesn't change the fact the Court of Appeals, and not the Supreme Court carried this verdict.
It's like talking to a guy that wants nothing more than to be correct when he knows he's wrong.
But hey, we're getting kinda used to that around here with your weird obsession with doing everything you possibly can to twist **** into your narrative.
You really are the gift that keeps on giving.

You can put parentheses around any word you wish. Doesn't matter.
"Created by the New York State Constitution of 1894, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department, is one of four intermediate appellate courts in the State,"
The New York state Courts of Appeals is a branch of the Supreme Court. Am I wrong?
That's it, we are putting an alcohol detection locking system on Dbroncsimo's keypad.
I've already given you the name of the judge that issued the ruling; I've even given you the ruling itself now. Feel free to look it up for yourself: Ralph Porzio is not a judge on the Court of Appeals. If you have some explanation for how a judge issued a ruling from a court he doesn't sit on, I'd love to hear it.
Intermediate Appellate Courts are called “Supreme Court, Appellate Division”
Further, I looked up the Judge, he’s a Judge for the 13th District of NY, not an appellate judge.
Here is the actual ruling:

Is what I said wrong though?
In states with low vaccination rates, you're more likely to have people ignoring, or actively protesting against, health measures such as social distancing and masks.
That wasn't me saying vaccines stop the spread. I was simply making a point that those who fight so hard to share the news about vaccines not stopping the spread are also likely to be the ones to not get the vaccine, not wear masks, and not social distance.
Those are the people that have contributed most to this thing lasting so long and mutating several times.
Actually I can. Quite easily, in fact:
I mean, seriously: why do you constantly do this to yourself? You're simply too dumb and too stubborn to hang with even the most basic of conversations.
....and then you say that my "brain just can't handle defeat", as if you had literally zero self awareness. Despite all the practice, not only can you not handle defeat, it seems as though your tiny brain can't even recognize and/or process defeat (at least not publicly). :laugh2:
Just like dbroncsinmo did when I used his own words to prove him wrong in the off-topic thread the other day, I'm sure he'll scurry away and ignore the fact that I made him look like the damned fool he truly is once again now in this thread.
