when I don't post/agree that Fox News is bad/wrong about something, people get triggered.
this isn't already known biased media, this is a Democrat.
It's been such a stunning about-face to see so many in the media changing their tune on mandates when like a week or two ago, they were promoting going even harder on mandates.
It's not a surprise that Cal, NJ and Conn all lifted their mandates simultaneously, I guess Phil Murphy led the charge at the last Dem Gov meeting, if any one state lifted the mandates on their own they'd get crushed by the media and Karens, but because you had a bunch doing it together, they all take less heat.
It sounds like Dr Walensky won't change the CDC guidelines though.
People are starting a revolution from teh bottom up. It started with the Parents rising up against CRT poison in the schools and a guy running for Governor in Virginia. It got extra fuel by doctors presenting solid evidence against Big Pharma, the corrupt Health Care System in regard to the phony data about Covid-19 and teh Federal Government and its agencies, and now the Trucker Strike in Canada and the likely one in the US against the illegal state and federal mandates. Also, high school students and their parents are walking out of public and private schools for the same reason.
Its a Revolution that the Tea Party and true Democracy Lovers need to join.
What a bizarrely selective memory you've decided to employ here.

Asked if he thinks he knows better than his experts, including the CDC and FBI directors, President Donald Trump said, “Yeah, in many cases I do.”

“I like this stuff. I really get it,” Trump boasted to reporters during a tour of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, where he met with actual doctors and scientists who are feverishly scrambling to contain and combat the deadly illness. Citing a “great, super-genius uncle” who taught at MIT, Trump professed that it must run in the family genes.
“People are really surprised I understand this stuff,” he said. “Every one of these doctors said, ‘How do you know so much about this?’ Maybe I have a natural ability.”

Not only does he not think he "doesn't know jack **** about medicine or virology," there's nothing to indicate it would stop him from saying what he wanted to even if he did.
Yep it wouldn't have hurt anyone to keep them in place till March or April where cases should continue dropping. That said, this subvariant of Omicron is more catchy than the original Omicron variant. I think you'll see more daily cases than the spring and summer of last year but obviously far less than we've seen in December 2021 and January 2022.
I find it amusing that very little have the health care geniuses in the world done with all of their lockdowns, mandated vaccines and masks created has stopped or even slowed down the Covid virus. It basically took nature some time to mutate its way into the Omicron virus. The government sponsored measures other than the creation of the original vaccines and Trump setting up and buying and making needed new respiratory equipment and hospital beds were pretty much valueless.:bang:
Spoken like a true Trump sycophant.
Omicron has demonstrated itself to be less deadly on a individual infection rate (meaning that the odds of dying from an infection of it versus a previous mutation is less likely). However, it is offset by the fact that it is more infectious. So if it is half as likely that you will die of infection, but twice as many people will get infected, then both variants are equally as deadly.
Woah! That's way too next level mathematics for some of these guys here to wrap their brains around.
