Situations like this occur but are incredibly rare.

She did it so she could go to her daughter's classroom. At what point is it still "willingly" if the govt is coercing you to do it via mandates and passports etc?

No not every person who is unvaccinated is a Republican. However, based on the numbers you would be more likely as Republican if you remain unvaccinated.

You're misquoting Harris again. She said she wouldn't take the vaccine if Trump told them to. She would wait on the expertise of the medical community. Something you preach regularly. Given Trump's history with offering advice in regards to treatment of COVID, yeah I wouldn't take the vaccine either unless I knew it was medically safe. Not on Trump's word.

Lebron James really didn’t give a overviewing praise of the vaccine either. He got it but had a lot of questions about it. Other black nba players have come out against it as well

There's a big difference between black people having distrust in the medical community and mainly white Republicans refusing to be vaccinated for political reasons or reasons that aren't based in actual science. The false equivalencies are strong in you btw. DeSantis is a moron but he's a bigger moron for being anti mask in schools, pushing monoclonal antibody treatment for COVID instead of the vaccine, and just his very lax approach to mitigating the spread in general.

This should be a vaccine first initiative. Not propping up the treatment for the virus as a way to not get vaccinated.

Yeah and? We've established black people are more skeptical of the medical community as those links I mentioned suggest. Plenty of athletes have spoke support of the vaccine and 90% of NBA players are vaccinated. 100% of NHL players are. You're going to see continued skepticism but its not based in actual science.

First of all, if you disagree with the school masking, I get it. This isn't some settled science.

Let me put it another way if someone who is vaccinated gets a breakthrough infection, and winds up in the hospital, shouldn't they receive treatments to reduce the severity of their condition, and even you know save their life.
My grandparents are vax'd but if they wind up in the hospital with Covid, I would want them monoclonal antibody treatment. Wouldn't you want that for your parents/grandparents?
