Yes, what I meant is that while stopping flights from China was actually a good idea, one with scientific and factual merit, the rest of his response seems to suggest that his initial banning of China flights wasn't based on anything scientific or factual.

Why? Because the rest of his response showed clearly beyond any doubt that he has no grip on any form of science or facts regarding an epidemic.

Thus raising the question, what then was the basis for him wanting to ban flights from China? Maybe the fact that china was bending him over in front of the whole world during the trade war?

Whether it’s his late response, the fact that he’s using prison labor to slap NYS labels on hand sanitizer, or his opposition to Medicare for all, I don’t like him.

Cuomo botched this from the start but he’s done an OK since he’s been on top of things. NY being such a weird area and especially being hit harder than most other places in terms of COVID related deaths, I think we have a more difficult situation to contain compared to the rest of the country.

I agree and I’d liked to see where rep governor’s who acted similarly to him are getting bashed. It seems the only rep governors getting bashed are Kemp is GA and the dude in FL who have taken a different approach. If want to agree with those guys that your opinion but they take took a different approach. I don’t think Rep taking a similar approach are getting bashed. Trump gets bashed bc he is a **** head not bc he is a Republican

Both guys in Ohio and Maryland are getting similar praise and both had similar approaches.

Florida's governor was slow o the draw in closing the Spring Break beaches. That struck me then and still now as a dumb decision.

Everyone in the media seems to have forgotten about that.

He seems like a pretty good governor (and his wife is a dish) but leaving the beaches open, especially with the fact that all of those kids were going to travel elsewhere, was a bad move in my opinion.
