Brett is right. The truth is that we do not know actually how many people in this country were killed by this virus because the cause of death being Covid was a lucrative cause of death determination for health care providers to use because of the money it was receiving from treating Covid.

What we do know is that hospitals and other health institutions were given additional money to deal with the cases of COVID because of the extra preparation that is required in dealing with someone who is positive for a highly contagious disease that the CDC and WHO classify as a global pandemic.

Further we know that no one has been charged with falsifying one single case of COVID to personally or professionally (for their hospital or health institution).

So anyone claiming that we don't know the true amount of people killed by COVID are of course full of ****. We don't know the true number of people who were infected because there are some people who don't get hit with major symptoms that wait the disease out and don't seek treatment and thus aren't tested. But that is of course not unique to COVID. We estimate the number of people who get the flu, strep throat, irritable bowl syndrome, pick your disease. So anyone trying to use that again would be full of ****.
