Not admitting them for the infection but instead a lot of people catch COVID when going for other procedures. In fact, they don't even re-test people for COVID before discharging them as you can test positive for COVID 3 months after your initial symptoms. They don't really even prescribe paxlovid in a lot of cases.
So Biden being positive for COVID doesn't mean he's contagious anymore.
