It’s pretty simple to say that all protesting and rallies shouldn’t happen regardless of the cause in a middle of a pandemic where infections are sky high. Instead you have to make an exception to that because it’s an “important” issue as if science or COVID would stop the spread because of it.

Or you say all protests and rallies should happen regardless of cause as long as they are socially distanced and masked up. That would be fine also but you’re one is ok and the other isn’t is pure ********

You and him still don't understand what I'm talking about. As I pointed out, it should be obvious to some but you're a perfect example of someone its not obvious to. The fact that people needed to spend the last 2+ pages explaining why the message is not remotely the same is proof of that. Again, read. I'm not talking about people gathering. I'm talking about why they are.

There's a snowstorm out there, near 0 visibility and subzero windchills.
2 vehicles head out into it for 2 different reasons, both contain the same amount of risk.
One vehicle is carrying someone in need of medical care, the other is someone wanting a pack of cigarettes.
Equal risk, ideally neither is driving in this weather, but one is noticeably more necessary.

Medical care is life or death situation where that person could die if they don’t get the care they need. Protesting police brutality which happens seldom didn’t need to happen right during a pandemic

Yes, they should have just protested via a zoom call and called it good....or set aside their anger until they got covid shots at least.

Which bothers you more? That the protests happened during a pandemic or that people question the risk/reward factor of a Trump rally during a pandemic? Or are you going to blow it back up to the rioting and looting that happened during protests, which we'd ALL agree shouldn't have happened...with or without a pandemic...

Lol I have no problem with any protesting or gathering outside. I’m not the one who says one thing is ok while another is during a pandemic which doesn’t give a **** about what you’re gathering for.
