I believe the Trump administration did some things to help the effort to produce the vaccine and didn't do too much to hinder it. But while they didn't do much to hinder the creation, they did a great deal to hinder the effort to roll the vaccine out. Once Trump realized he wasn't going to be president when the heavy lifting needed to be done, he went about tanking efforts to get people who supported him to get the vaccine and started sewing doubts in their minds. I know he's for them, since he got them in private without telling anyone in January. Obviously he thinks they are great for himself. But he has been extremely hesitant to suggest them to others outside of one tweet he sent in December. Again once he lost the election, he just gave up entirely on getting people to get the shot. Now with this business about him always being for the vaccine, well I would take that up with his colorful past with the folks who promote that vaccines cause autism.Quote:
