Would love to hear the evidence from Dbroncs showing you and many others are full of ****.

Its getting pretty old hearing posters saying the democrats are the only ones wanting to keep things shut down. I know tons of people on both sides wanting to open up. I want to start opening up (and I’m type 1 diabetic).

I know a number of right leaning people who refuse to leave their house out of fear of contracting. (I have to do all the grocery shopping for my mother in law who’s only TV watching is Hannity). In most cases it simply comes down to your living wages and if you still have them, nothing to do with you voted for, and if you’re simply making your decision based on party lines you’re a ****ing moron.

People on both sides want to reopen and people on both sides want to be cautious. Some of you ****ing people here who make EVERY little ****ing thing political are the problem. A dem said this, a GOP member said that. We need to quit lumping half the population into every stupid *** thing a politician says.

The health officials in Sweden that chose to not lock down at all aren't all uneducated, tinfoil hat wearing, murderers.

Don't you work in law? You can get a qualified expert to say goddamn anything.

Yes, I'm aware you can get qualified experts to say anything, it's why you've expert shopped to find the one or two that agree with you to defend your denial of the actual experts.

It's not that I'm listening to a single expert, it's that I'm listening to as many as possible to see what they are saying. Right now most are cautioning re-opening. So I'm not listening to those that jive with my opinion, it's that my opinion is predicated on what they are saying.

And I think you know as well as I do that the majority of experts are cautioning re-opening, that's why you're not trying to argue they aren't. At least you're that smart.

As for Sweden's approach:

They have among the highest death rates in the world and among the lowest test rates, meaning their infection and death rates are likely higher than the official count.

Based on Sweden's death per 1 million, if we followed their lead and example, we'd be over 100,000 dead in the US right now.


So back to the whole you not caring about thousands of Americans dying or not. Should we have let 20,000 more Americans die and followed the Sweden model or not?
