Human use came about 10 years later and has been safely administered to hundreds of millions of humans for more than 3 decades. It even won the Nobel prize in medicine back in 2015. At this point, it's been prescribed to more humans than horses.
It would be more accurate to describe it as human medication that is sometimes also prescribed to animals.

So according to Jen Psaki, the people at the border aren't being asked for their covid info because unlike travelers at the airport, they're not intending to stay a long time.

We don't really know that yet, while the CDC hasn't recommended it, were seeing its use in other countries, and data on it is mixed.
I haven't advised anyone to take it, but it's not really settled.

I tried to get DBroncisnmo to admit he was wrong when he said Florida handled it right and that we couldn't know lots more people would die from their hands off approach.
