Priority? No they should not. You go with medical/first responders. Then those most at risk. Follow that by those that are deemed critical workers (that would be those whose jobs never changed)....then you can inoculate the remaining.

Of course not TOP priority, they're working thru top priority now.
But you do understand that if teachers (and yes school staff) can safely go back to work, kids can go back to school, the year long burden of day care is greatly relieved for working parents and they can begin to answer the question about whether and how much students have fallen behind through all this...

Teachers can go back now. There is no need to wait. Many private schools have not shut down at all.

and many have....not all agree it's safe, in particular where there's large class sizes
in many places they've gone hybrid....with one group having in-person learning one week, another the next...but most schools can't also do that with teachers and staff
