NYC has 3 major, international airports. While flights were restricted from china, they were not from European countries until it was too late.
They did not get the necessary PPEs or Federal help, to properly fight the virus.
They did not do a great job by any means. They ****ed up for sure. But they have done a decent job since then and a least have been more honest.
They were not as prepared and did not act as quickly as they should have but as you have said, no one did.
