In states like NY or California that doesn't cover rent for most people. It just shows what kind of sociopaths work in this administration. They are so distant from reality its sad.

I mean there's no way in hell I could live off that in my current living situation. Our mortgage is around $1650/mo.
$120/week, $480/mo wouldn't cover rent anywhere really. I've never seen an apartment that cheap. Then you'd need utilities, food, and other essentials just for bare bones minimum type living. Maybe if it were a couple who were both making that you could just squeeze by in some areas, but it's beyond realistic for anyone to live even a halfway decent life on that little income.
