That's a good example. But it is an extreme example and we know you live by the extreme. And you know someone who had that happened? As in, you are friendly with and have personal interactions to the point of discussing finances? Our you heard of someone who got a 500% income increase because of legal, social assistance

The vast majority of people who have lost jobs, are struggling, because many of them lost jobs in the food and drink industry and entertainment. These are people without your wonderful 401K. They are the guy who washes your car and cuts your hair.


Again, you get very offended when accused of certain beliefs but then you make comments that tend to display those sentiments.

Im white, my wife and I own a home and earn double figures, as do the majority of white college educated voters who dont vote for the President. If you saw the RNC last night Don Jr basically did a motivational speech to poor whites to vote for his dad because if you vote for my dad " You can have it " happiness, a beautiful wife, safety, erections you can have it all. Trump knows his base, their fears, prejudices, insecurities, hopes and exploits it. For kicks someone post Don JR speech or the transcript. It saya a lot about what the campaign rhinks5about the voters they are appealing to and why rhey used that strategy

The sentiment you responded to was also made by RRZ many times. A segment of the electorate seems to feel they should vote againgst the best canidate because it is a vote agaignst people they dont like. It may be pundits, or so called experts, but they feel good in thinking they accomplish something in shutting up supporters of the opposition. Forget self interest or principals. We saw that in the last election a lot. As much as I would enjoy seeing some conservatives cry in their soup if Biden wins, it is not at all any motivation for me. I would never say, I hope Biden wins to see you upset to them. Its more serious then that to vote.

48k from 18 is not accurate. No one told him that. He heard ir on Fox. 600x 52 plus the 18k. Now regular unemployment does not pay tbe wbole 18k of the salary. Its jusf matb and accuracy. One can argue that tbe 600 weekly was too generous. However, lets not exagerate and expect to be taken seriously RRz.

Sure it is. But when the market kept dropping after Trump said something that caused the market to be volatile with his mouth, that is not on me. You have money invested ? If so you didn't notice that in your 401k ? My strategy with it was aggresive but not overly so. My other coworkers had their allotments more aggresive and some more conservative and they saw loses. Only ones who did not lose had their funds in the government protected funds. I am all about personal responsibility but when the President shoots of his mouth that is not me.
