I disagree. SCOTUS sided with the NY prosecutor who subpoenaed Trump's financial records. Thats the key, NY, a State crime. Barr can't protect him from State prosecution. His claim of absolute immunity gone. Cy Vance is chomping at the bit.

edit- If you have diabetes and contract covid, then covid exacerbates that condition and you die from kidney failure or a heart attack from the out of control diabetes, yes. Covid is the cause. Its presence caused the system to collapse.

How do you prove any of that? Again, just because one has COVID do we have any way to say, this caused it? I think in a court the idea that someone has COVID contributes or causes a death is at best shaky. I could be wrong though that there is in fact a way to show it contributed or caused the death.
